  1. BUYERS REMORSE lol I had the exact feelings. I was laying in pre-op wondering how many people chickened out at the last minute. I was wondering if my doc would be mad if I left. Lol. the first two weeks sucked. I felt guilty for going to such extremes to lose weight... fast forward 3 months later and I feel sooo much better. Down 40 pounds and ok with my choices. I chose this journey and I plan on it being a great decision. Nothing worth having ever came easy. I'm an inspiration to co-workers now and happy. You'll be happy soon
  2. What a journey it has been for you. Hopefully one day it will be just a memory and you will be happy and healthy. I had a c-section four months before my surgery, scar tissue issues were never brought up by my doc. Never would have thought to ask.

    September Sleevers

Sleeved 9-26. Down 26 pounds loving all the energy I have now. Not liking the fact I have to wait 30mins after eating to drink. That's a hard one for me.

    What You Order At Resturants

I went to a birthday party at a bowling alley yesterday. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and ate only the chicken. Worked for me.
  11. It is So hard for me to get used to not being able to drink while I'm eating. It's such a natural habit to want to have a drink while eating. Last night I ate a piece of tilapia and get the ever so familiar feeling of it being stuck in my throat. I've had a sip of water might help to push it down boy was I WRONG! I spent the next 20 minutes in the bathroom thinking it was all going to come back up. Ughhhh Why do you hate me Mr. sleeve.. 4weeks out down 25lbs.
  12. So I'm 12 days out and am wondering what the "slimies" and the "foamies" that I read about are? Also chewing the flintstones vitamins leave a nasty taste in my mouth. What are the alternatives? And lastly how is everyone measuring food in ounces once we are on soft diet? Like meats and cheeses?
  13. I'm in the same boat! I'm one week post op and have the stuck feeling. Right behind my sternum hurts. Blahhhhhhh I wanna be normal lol I'm also learning I can either eat or drink not both at the same time. Thats gonna take some getting used to.
  14. Your post was greatly needed and I'm sure we all relate.... I don't feel so bad for eating when I'm hungry. I'm learning my new sleeve and not going starve in the process.. to each their own.
