I joined this forum last year before my surgery in Febuary...but I am back here today because my fiance just had his band put in on friday and is having a few issues. Hi Im new around here, my name is Kate and Im from Australia. I am having surgery on the 4th of feb and for the next few weeks I am on an optifast diet. I was just wondering if anybody else has had to be on a special diet before your surgery?
