I think maybe you should know that we are all terrified at one point or another! This is surgery and a forced change in lifestyle for a long time. I am sorry but you should stop smoking anyway! Its just so bad for you and I am sure that lung cancer is waaay scarier than this surgery! Maybe you should sit down and really think about what you want for yourself and why it is really scaring you!

I decided that for the next month or so I will not put so much focus into my food.We all know what its like to eat and feel guilty or bad about everything that we consume. I will for a long time after my surgery have to be very careful and diligent on what I eat. I just wanted some time when I dont obsess about food.It has been very nice so far! -

I called my group and my psych eval is supposed to be coming in today. So it will be sent to bcbs va today or tomorrow. I have heard that bcbs is fast at getting back to you so when I hear back I will start my testing and schedule my surgery date!!! I am so excited! I am no where near nervous, just ready for it

After looking at all the best times to have the surgery done I decided to try to get sleeved dec 26th. Thats right so my 14 day optifast diet starts before that. I hope I dont loose it between the holiday parties and cookie baking. But I am dedicated and know its worth it Any advice though? I really dont want to just skip out on the holidays this year! But I dont want to be overly irritated either -
