I think if you switch in a certain amount of time it will but im no expert! If I could recommend one for wls I would say anthem bcbs!!!!

as humans I feel like we are competitive in nature. The judging is a way to make that person "win" at being better than you ( to them of course not in real life). So just think of it in that way and you win! You are civilized enough to not need that much reassurance that you are better than somweone else to go on in life!! -

Apparently I have a pretty large hiatal hernia. the doctor also biopsied my stomach because it was a little inflamed. I'm a little tired and my throat sore but I'm home and relaxing now. 1 more step down in the process!
