My surgery is March 1st..trying to stay calm and trying not to get to nervous. -

March 1st and I am excited yet nervous..keeping my eye on the prize..lol -
I was just told I was approved for surgery..My anxiety just shot up to the roof.I am excited but scared.I need to focus.

Ye I know too how fustrating this is getting..So what I decide to do is slow down..I have one more visit with nut and doc.My pcp won't send me for ekg.or chest xray until I am a month out and she won't write a letter until she gets the results back.and then I guess it will go to my Insurance.I still have to do my psy so I am shooting for Feb.I am with Dr Kim also..

I can't get enough info...I read and read..I have started with the nut and I have to do that for three months.My husband and kids are very supportive.But my parents question my decision.We are going to shoot for February 2013. I think I will be prepared mentally..I still get nervous..

I am a newbie..I am trying really hard.I am just starting,but I am cutting things out so it won't be that hard later but its Monday and my boss just gave me a vanilla cupcake..I feel guilty even telling you I am having thoughts of eating it...but I know you will all keep me honest.

Scoty I haven't had the sleeve yet but I have been reading allot...Get those fluids in..very important..add protein..and if you need to cry,then cry wipe you face and go drink more water..You can do this...take a deep breath and relax... -
