I think I haven't been getting enough protein, I been getting bruises and hungry all the time. I haven't been tracking my food like I should. Am trying to keep better track of my protein and water.

Am in! CW: as of 3/1/13 301lbs Easter Goal: 3/31/13 270lbs 31Lbs to go. Wish me luck.

Am 4 months out, every time I step on the scale and I loose 1 or 2 lbs , I get so depress and sad. But if I gain a pound or two I don't feel that way. I get more down on my self when I only loose 1-2lbs. Crazy!!!! I KNOWW!! I feel am a slow looser and it drives me crazy!

OMG I thought it was just me. Nice to know am not going crazy. It's a weird numb sensation.

I want to go Skydiving!!! Zip lining , learn to swim. I am going to swim with dolphins and go snorkeling. Travel and enjoy my new healthy life! Develop my sense of style. Being overweight you don't get much of a choice. Putting my self out there and finding a partner!

I was sleeved 10/16/12 SW:375lbs CW:313lbs 62lbs gone for ever!!! I struggle to get all my Protein In and my liquids. Working on that. Haven't really workout, trying to make it part of my routine. Over all very happy with my choice!!!????????????

Am In! Surgery Weight 375lbs (10-16-12) Current Weight 313lbs Goal Weight For VD: 283lbs That's 30lbs, it might be more then I can chew. But am going to give it my best. Good Luck Everyone!
