I only had a 2 day diet so I agree get back on track. Also I would do a bowel prep to get the food all the way out. I had to drink magnesium citrate. -

I wish I knew the words to say to make it all better. I'm not sleeved yet but my best friend died in August. I never knew that grief can make you physically sick. I've gonna from not eating to eating everything. I no longer go to the gym but its because I feel exhausted. I'm getting better though and hopefully by the time I get a date I will be better. I will be praying that God grants you peace as you deal with your loss. -
What is your motivation to make this life style change? Today I'm struggling and I just need some reassurance. I have two beautiful active kids and a loving husband that deserve me at 100%. I'm always tired and dragging and I'm too young to feel like this but today I'm thinking of all that can go wrong.

50 pounds in 2 months is awesome. Talk about taking your life back. I'm not gonna chicken out I'm going to do it. I really need my nerves to just chill out. -

I'm currently 260, my pcp said he'd be happy with 175 but I wanna push for 145/135. The surgeon said that way when I get older it will be ok if I gain a little

I'm 5'2 and my surgeons goal for me is 135 so you maybe in luck although I was thinking 145 or 150.
