Just had some upsetting news yesterday. . Called my insurance to check on my status on my claim and I was told that they hadn't received any paper work. My doctors office was supposed to submit it on November 20. Called my doctors off and when they returned my call they said the fax didn't go through. So now was on my pre-op diet and have to do an extra week of it.

I've gone up and down. That's why we're here right because we can't stick to a diet. Lol. I'm so hungry. This is the third day of my pre-op diet. I

What hospital in San Antonio did you have your surgery?

I started my pre-op diet yesterday. Its consists of 2 Protein Shakes and a small meal that can fit on a plate the size of a CD. The Protein shakes that I drink are very good. They have 30g of protein 160 calories 3g carbs and 3g of fat. I buy them at Sam's. They're called premier. Then I eat a lean cuisine or smart one.... Everyones pre-op is different. At least I get a little bit of food.< /p>

I'm on the same boat. Everything was submitted last week, but with the holiday it might have thrown it off a little. Supposed have my surgery December 10 so hopefully hear something soon. Need to tell my job for sure so I can get the time off. Just frustrating. Can't wait to have the surgery.

Beat thing is to be patient. I have been looking into have this surgery done for 2 years and now it's almost about to happen. Should be having my surgery December 10. Good luck and just stay focused. Good Luck!

Congratulation!! I think the first day is going to be the scariest not knowing what expect. So if you don't feel bad then you should be in the clear... Good Luck!

Getting sleeved on the 10th. Starting my pre op diet tomorrow. So happy it's moving quickly!!

I also started my pre-op diet today. I know I won't feel hungry until I get off work.

My date is 12-10-12. Still pending insurance. I had a friend with the same insurance and hers was approved and she had no problems. So I'm crossing my fingers

Just looking on Google will give you a whole lot of ideas of what to consume on Protein and calories per day. Good Luck!!!
