I am a Election Day Sleever....I named my sleeve "Sleevie Nicks" or sometimes "The food Warden" I love my sleeve lifestyle! I am 6 weeks today and feel GREAT! My question is what do you think about my weightloss numbers.....I have lost 26.5 lbs in 6 weeks.... Just wondering how I fall into all your weightloss stats.... I lost 40 lbs prior to surgery, starting in August for a total loss of 66.5 lbs...I am totally happy with my numbers! -

I lost 24 lbs in 5 weeks to the day....I am sure everyone is different. I exercise 30 min a day and dont eat over 800 cal a day and NO sugar...working great so far!

There is a difference between liquids and full liquids...i would make sure with your Dr. I started full liquids on day 4......

take smaller bites, chew more, slow down.....refried beans, pureed chicken, tuna with light mayo. campbells squash soup, ricotta bake (which is in the recipes section) yogurt, scrambled eggs with cheese, hummus with gerber cheese puffs for babies. saltine crackers, melba toast. go to world according to eggface for some great ideas....good luck.

I had the same thoughts prior to surgery.......lets face it, if we could lose the weight and keep it off we wouldnt even be considering surgery..................I love my sleeve, it forces portion control! My sleeve is the food warden! You will love it! -
I am a slow loser too.............I dont mind because I am in this for the rest of my life. If you lose slower, you will have less saggy skin and min hair loss...............look at it that way.

Hang in there, you can do this...each phase has its challenges.....keep your eye on the prize. I ate smooth mashed potatoes to help with that, it really did the trick. Add some fat free gravy too. Delish! -
You will love your sleeve.....its awesome that I can eat a fraction of what I used to eat and feel completly satisified, and I dont feel like I am missing out on a thing.......my brain still wants to power chow....I was sleeved on Election Day. I am sure that will go away......there's no power chows with a sleeve!!!!!!!!!!!!
