Ill cool my turkey burger on the stove for four minutes a side and then throw it in the oven. For like 10 mins.

I was told its because of dehydration. The moment your mouth is dry means you aren't drinking enough. I measure my intake by using a Gatorade bottle. Oh and Gatorade makes you wanna drink more. Lol

Lol it's under the food section. I never knew cooking something would start a craze lol it's crab mixed with egg mozzarella cheese garlic onions and other stuff baked into mini muffin pans. Lol and I titled it crab eggs.

Because its hard to time yourself with others while their eating. It's just extremely hard to watch and I just had to get over. As for going drinking your tolerance is going to change and your body may react differently to the drink. I would try your favorite drink at home first and then see how it effects you. It's not a complete struggle but it des tale time. -

I found it extremely difficult to eat out with my friends on the beginning but you'll come up with a routine that'll suit your life and social one as well. -
Just don't stay in hostels cause we know what happens there!
