I am I feel really good after the test and adding some potassium I feel loads better. I have a little pain in my intestines but my doc this morning said to try and up my fiber so hopefully that'll help!! -

The no lifting isn't for your tummy it's for your internal stitches and your outer stitches or glue. The only way you can mess up ur tummy is if you eat when u aren't supposed to or if there was an error in surgery.
