The number one rule is no bread or rice because it expands and fills your tummy up. Just eat lots of proteins like meat or spinach! -

I'm not sure on the foods you guys eat there but I think I read that bread is always used or mostly. Stay away from those evil carbs. You can also up the calories to jump start your system. But mainly stay away from carbs and fatty sugar foods and that should work. -
I know and she's huge too. I think she's insecure cause shell be the fat person in the family now.
