It's funny how people say all these changes occur when in reality our stomachs are exactly the same just smaller. I think this is more a psychological change then a Physiological one then anything. It's absolutely fascinating! I'm a psych major and thinking i might do my dissertation on it! Except the cold, that for sure is cause we're skinny! Lol

My doc said to eat at the same time everyday because once the hunger comes back it'll already be on the routine. So I'd say start eating on a regular schedule!

Try and eat slower. Chew like crazy, so when you think you chewed enough chew a little more. You should also try and eat every three hours to keep energy up. And drink like crazy. I was sleeved oct 31 2012 and I was 388 now I'm 292. So it takes awhile to loose but keep your head up!! It'll get better. And if something doesn't sit right try eating something else. -
