It's true! Lost 100 lbs super fast! I eat three meals and in between breakfast and lunch I eat a snack and after dinner I eat a snack. And it's not veggie sticks. It's pistachios or crackers and cheese. The goal is to have a high calorie count to burn more! And my job isn't stationary either!

It can be if you let it. You can eat the same things just in proportion to the size of your stomach! I was depressed for about a good three weeks. But not cause of the food. It had to do with me and why I had to get the surgery but 5 months out and I feel great! Things will get back to normal and that's a good thing!

I eat whenever whatever all the time. I eat food kids cats it don't matter. As long as there's a side of Doritos with it I'm fine!

Even that chart says we're covered unless you or i are reading it wrong. It says a health plan which we have is covered so I'm not understanding where your saying its not?

I was very afraid of having loose skin after the weight loss, however coming into some foresight I now am no longer afraid, you see after the weight loss I will no longer be afraid of high buildings or airplanes, I unlike skinny people will have a natural ability to flow through the air like a flying squirrel.
