Trust me when I say it feels like you have the same stomach it'll tell you your full and you'll know. There's no pain to eat just chew lots and eat slow!

It could be your not chewing enough and that you maybe eating too much or eating too fast.

I would say try a little. Lettuce doesn't bug me at all. Remember to try and protein it up like add shrimp or something.

Surgery date was oct 31 2012 Hw: 388 Sw: 372 Today: 285 A bmi of 62.6 to 46 and a total loss of 103 lbs -
Got my 5 month blood work done and it all looks good minus the low iron and vitamin D and when I say low it's just a little under what I need. Oh and I guess I'm preggers... Who knew!

Then eat your trainer! Any how I'm 6 months out. I find if I stay at 500 calories I gain or stay the same. If I get my intake up to 1200 I lose lots. Like two lbs. so yes get your calories up!

Sometimes after surgery people become lactose you might want to try cutting out the dairy. But a few months from now you'll be happier and all the struggles for the first few weeks will be a distant memory. I hardly remember the hospital at all. Good luck!

Your energy will go up once you level out for sure.its like a reverse zombie effect. But you'll get your energy back especially if your taking care of the vitamins.
