So I was in my shower this morning taking a long hot one like I usually do. Because its where I do most my thinking. So I was looking at my scars and started thinking of the week after my surgery and how I had looked at these same scars and cried and thought what had I don't to myself?! And then I had a panic attack and nearly fainted in the shower. This morning I thought of that moment and realized that these scars are marks of a journey that changed my life for the best. I'm skinner and although still fat I don't hurt as much anymore my feet don't kill me at work. And I'm happy. So I began to laugh and laugh because i was so silly back then. and didn't realize I was doing it and Dave smashed in my bathroom door cause he thought I was screaming. So I'm skinny with a broken door oh well!

OMG your so mean! Why don't you just give her your social security number birth certificate and id! Some people just want to steal an identity here and there so they can go on a trip. What's wrong with that?! Damn those pesky refugees who have access to a computer and no rights! I started screaming when he broke the door lol. He freaked me out. Lol so I couldn't be too mad either.

Shrimp is great I usually get it grilled. Yummy and high in protein

I eat steak and fish and chicken all the time. The best way is to keep it moist and eat slower smaller bites cause it's denser and takes longer to ingest!

Add some natural peanut butter to a chocolate protein shake and it taste just like a Reese's cup!

Use a heating pad on your stomach! And move a lot!

They have those plastic things you put inside of the ring to keep it snug they sell it on amazon!
