I don't do low fat anything. The moderation is key to success. Eating around your sleeve will harm you. Not eating fat free wont in moderation. I've lost 103 lbs in 5 months so the proof is in the pudding!

I bet that the contestants on the show all have had bypass or vsg! I will find the truth! If you don't hear from me in a few days then they've found me! Continue my research and trust no one! Especially extremely fit people!

I just feel like the Chrispy is all crisp and no chick. It's not a healthy thing. I don't eat the tortilla cause its like gum and the crispy is all dried out. Lol. I especially like a four piece chicken nugget from Wendy's. -

I absolutely love their beans. I had a cup of those beans with extra cheese and onions for dinner two days ago, gave me the worse gas ever but llooovveeddd it. Yummy yummy yummy. -

Trust me you will feel normal! It will happen! I was a wreck. Now I'm happy healthy and I never thought I'd feel like that the first few months after the operation.
