I just consider my loose skin as a good escape plan if a plane goes down or if I need to jump from a burning building! I would float ll the way down. But mostly you can run or walk the block and that'll help. Or buy some weights and use those or use stuff lying around to work out with. -

Your balance will return once your body readjusts its center of balance. Because its used to carrying so much of you. As for everything else it's normal but drink more liquids and buy new gel. -
