1. Thank you everyone! I can't believe it's me on the right. I also can't believe I was ever that person on the left. Out of curiosity, does anyone post op 8months+ see themselves as the before person still?

Great day!

Thank you, thank you!! Do not get discouraged! Stalls happen and you just have to let them run their course. I just lost six lbs this week out of no where after stalling since June. It's been worth every moment, and I can't believe it's almost been a year. I honestly feel I have been given a second chance at life, those things you are able to do after the weight loss make it all worth it. Running around with your child, riding rides and bikes, crossing your legs(best feeling for me) the constant shopping, enjoying my first summer-ever! Thanks again for the compliments! You will all get there! When your feeling down do side by side pics, that always picks me up and reminds you of where you never want to be again.
3. Hit 189 today, haven't seen this weight since high school! Pic on the left is a year ago June at my daughter's bday party. Photo on the right is today, while buying size 12 AE skinny jeans!! Highest weight 297 Jan of 2012, day of surgery 277 on Sept 17 2012. Amazing journey!

8 amazing months!

80 lbs, another 30 to go!!
5. I was 8 months post OP on the 17th. I hit onderland, and the photo i attached is exactly one year apart. My husband puts his truck in a truck show every year. The weight loss really didn't stand out to me until i compared these side by side. Amazing! Worth every moment!
6. I wish i was a12! I'm a 14, and 5'6. Hoping to be 199 when i see my surgeon march 6th.
7. We are almost the same, surgery 9/17 sw277. Today 213. When i was 232 the scale refused to move from there. Glad we are all at pretty much the same rate!!
8. I'll be 5 months on the 17th teetering between 62-65.
9. First appt. 297, day of surgery 277, today 235.5. Had surgery 9/17/12, my birthday, and it has literally been the best gift i have ever given myself!
10. I'm coming up on my sixth week post OP and have been stalled since week three. Scale did move 3 lbs this weekend. Is everyone else experiencing this? Literally feel as if i have failed:(
11. Female. My friend who had bypass 3 years ago keeps referring to it as "adjusting". Its just so frustrating!
