Dawn- your doing great!!! It takes time and lots of patience. There will be times when you will loose quickly and other times when weeks go by and nothing happens ( Just stay positive and stick with the program and before you know it....... A new you will appear!!!! -

Amgood- glad your feeling better. How do you do with milk? It's less protein than the powders or premade shakes but still has a good amount of protein. Also, don't know if you are a coffee drinker but the only way I can tolerate my Protein powder is I mix it (chocolate flavor) in my coffee. It cuts down on the sweet taste. I love it and I gives me 30 grams of protein. -

I'm up two pounds from yesterday????? What gives??? One day really??? Jenn- I'll be back to basics today with you. Strength in numbers right? I've noticed I'm snacking more. I also just started using Crystal Light in my water and I was never doing that before either. I don't want to start old habits so I guess I'd better buckle back down so I can reach my goal weight. -

NGM- it's ok!!! Your doing great!! We all do it from time to time. I've been so out of touch for a week or so now. We went on a family vacation. Thankfully, I didn't gain any weight!!! I didn't always make the best choices so I'm trying to get back on track. -

I am 4 pounds away from my goal weight. I'm so excited and a little scared all at the same time. I know it sounds crazy. I've found myself eating a little more than I normally eat. One side of me says its ok because I need to start stabilizing my calorie intake. I normally have a daily calorie count at about 800-900. Recently it's been alot more. I've got to find a happy medium to get to goal and to stay there. -

Confession time. I drank way too much wine yesterday while sitting in the heat at the pool. By the time I got home I couldn't hardly eat the wonderful smoked ribs that my DH had cooked. Lesson learned... Won't be doing that any more. ???? -
