It does taste like sour cream. I've also mixed a little sugar free jelly in it and I've tried it with a little Peanut Butter mixed in. Not great but it did change the taste -

Warm a 3 oz can of chicken. Then spoon in 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt. Then sprinkle a little reduced sodium taco seasoning over it and mix everything together. Mexican flavor!!! -

I'm 8 weeks out and still have to same problem. My surgeon said it will get better as we start eating more regular foods. I have to take something to help out at Lear once a week. -
