30# in 2 months. Not bad! Thats 12-15# a month. Ppl are different the bigger we are the faster we see #s drop. Are you loosing inches that makes a lot of difference. Be encouraged we have to focus on the light at the end of the tunnel. I get very frustrated at times BC it seems like I am so slow to get were everyone else is. But I am loosing it may take longer but I will celebrate even the 2# victories trust me just a few weeks ago I was not saying this. I do understand any many on here go through the same thing. -

Thanks everyone. This really gets frustrating I think about food more now than ever. Not to eat what to eat when to eat how to eat where to eat how much to eat on and on and on. I am 3months out will be 4mnths on the 24th, have increased work out. Will try calories for a couple of days see what will happen. Biggest fear is going through all this for nothing. 57lbs down 85 to go. Do not want to fail. B blessed

Ok Oct 24th will be 3 months for me I am down 50# down 6 sizes and ready to take on the world. It has been hard and have had a 3wk stall walking daily on a good day I get 80gr of protein on a really bad day 24. And there have been some bad days. Today I decided to take it up a notch I joined a gym worked out 30min. And felt great. If you are less than 2mnths out and frustrated and tired give it a chance it does get better. One day at a time. Be blessed and stay focused.
