I don't think there's any way you could know for sure. Some people (luckily me included) are back to totally normal after a few days, but that's not guarenteed by any means. Some people are in awful shape for weeks. It's a gamble! -

You might be eating to quickly or bites are too large. Even if you think your eating slow and small bites this may mean you have to go even slower than that and also smaller. The sliming is your systems prep to vomit. SLOWER & SMALLER or.. You just may not tolerate tuna for now.. give it time

Research and personally speaking with a vast amount of people who had surgery there. You must be confident in your choice on all levels. Dr, care, staff, facility, Cordinator, hotel, driver, area, communication etc. dig deep into it all. Good luck! -

Most drains only remain in a couple days and I didn't even know I had one until I checked out my tummy. Never bothered me and it only felt weird coming out but not painful. They just sterilize the area pull it out and sterilize the area again and close it. Piece of cake -

I did the same thing and still haven't lost any more. I'm not sweating it and I'm just going with the flow. I'm doing things right and this is ahella lot easier than WW or even Adkins. Right now I'm ok with just getting healthier and eating right. Makes me feel 100% better. It took me 18 months to gain this weight and I don't expect to lose it over night Good luck -

It seems like people need to research a bit deeper and find the great drs and staff the most of us experience in MX. Sorry that some of you had under par facilities. I couldn't have asked for better care, staff, dr, facilities, Cordinator etc... Even the cleaning staff was pleasant and attentive ..oh and the driver too. -

I've had ulcer problems since I was a teen. The way I have always described the pain was like a dead body at the bottom of the ocean and the critters gnawing away my guts little by little. -
