I feel neglected .. She didn't try hoin' on me

    ladies only

Yes.. They've seen it all, and then some
  4. Are you saying I'm not nice? Cause I'm nice.. Dammit!
  5. Inequality to samiches.. Got to love it!
  6. We're sooo off topic! Oh wait.. Im guessing we won't get lectured though, huh
  7. Its not just the quantity of food that gets someone an intake of too many calories. A lot of slider foods will getcha up there in flash.
  8. LOL.. I was going to say this about 4 pages back, but I couldnt get through all the pages fast enough OP.. Just take it with a grain of salt and understand this is a public forum and you will ALWAYS get responses you don't like to hear and endless feedback regardless if what you ask for it. It's going to happen. I think someone mentioned that perhaps doing your own blog would fit your stipulations and likings a bit better

2slices of provolone cheese. I don't vary much during work.. Too lazy.

    Liar Liar?!?

I'm all for not telling if you don't want too, but if you decide to say anything like you mentioned I think its all or none. I havent told anyone other than my husbsnd and kids. But if I decided to talk about my transformation I'd include it all.. Just my teeny weeny 2cents.
  11. I am postitive the OP will get past this little bump in her weightloss journey. Some times a major surgery with heavy anesthesia can do odd and complicating things to a person. Depression and melancholy in part along with lack of enthusiasm. gotta get past that and things will get on track
  12. I'll trade you a cheese burger for some popcorn;)
  13. One day closer to your goal.. YIPPEE!
  14. Your stomach is healing from a major surgery and is going to let you know it. Go slow and hang in there. Once the swelling goes down and healing begins you will feel better about getting more in. Concentrate on your hydration is #1

    no apetite

Yep, it can be. I'm almost 6 months out and have very little appetite. I'm ok with it
  16. She meant in general. Insurance companies are a money making business.. Simple as that. If they didn't make money off of our premiums they would go out of business. They routinely reject claims in hope you give up. It's just a job.
  17. I pay $700 a month in premiums and so does our employer torwards our insurance coverage. No way in heck they don't make money. They didnt cover any of my weight loss surgeries or the $100,000 I racked up in complications. Even though I was dying from complications they refused to agree with the surgeons that it was an emergency medical necessity. my husband maybe sees a dr every few years. Trust me.. They're making money on most everyone or they wouldn't continue the business.
  18. Yes... Please, those of you researching this new information let us know what you come up with. Luckysmomma, anyway you'd share the drs names so we can settle our Curiosity/nerves?
  19. Luckysmomma.. I sure as heck hope you didnt have surgery from one of those three quack drs who told you that.
  20. There's no such thing as being able to drink too much as long as its the right stuff. Once you get to more solid intake you'll have a substantial decline in the amt you'll be able to consume
  21. I'm guessing the 60+ sleevers on the forum should be getting their wills in order cause they'll probably be croakin' soon? *sigh*
  22. EAS and premium from Costco are great. You need to have the drinks high in protein
  23. OP.. You're going to do great. Don't let this stage getcha. Don't spend time on the things that are getting you down.. Grab onto the positive and run with it. There's ALWAYS something positive in your life that you can concentrate on. This is just a stage that some are cursed with and it's difficult, but DOABLE!
  24. WTH...you want us yo play Debbie Downer and try to keep her down? No way! Sure some go through some tougher times than others, but the majority get past it. The key is dwelling on it makes it worse. That's a fact with anything that gets someone down. Just like you... Who obviously is getting past those awful days you complained about and things are looking better, she will too. And my goodness.. Please share with us where you read about cutting our lives by 18 years if we're sleeved. If that's true I should be close to death since I'm old(er)
