It seems like the norm to lose between 4 months and 7 months. I was prepared, yet still mortified at the amt I lost. I'm going on 6 months and it's slowing down. I have waist length hair so after washing my hair the amt of my loss looked like a basket full

Personally, I don't like eating prior to working out ... But I try to eat something and nuts would be great for my 70 min commute home and stopping at gym

My NP nut told me protein prior to working out. It.'s the fuel your body needs to work from. Some nuts say protein and some say carbs and some say both... Who is to know for sure

Because of my history with the band I didnt want to go to the next stage either. I felt like I was doing fine right here and I didn't want to push my luck. I was so afraid of vomiting like with the band and I didn't want to go there with the sleeve, but it's different and everything went very smoothly Just listen to your sleeve. It will tell you what's up. -

Ok, I walk at a good pace and so it's not a Cto5k thing. But, it doesn't matter what size or type of shoe I wear and even while hiking or biking my food slides to the end and I end up with purple and black toe nails. I don't have narrow feet, but I do have narrow heals. What can I do? -

There's no such thing as invading space. If no one "invaded" space the forum would die. It just needs to be put under specific titles/sub titles so it's more accessible for others and can be of more use. -

There is a place, but it's full of separate posts for the same dr. It wouldn't take much to coral them into a drs title and then someone keeps an eye out for future strays. And Alex has his assistants to do this -
