I was wondering if any of you guys or gals are in the food industry? I am a chef in a Las Vegas and is scheduled to get sleeved on the 22nd. I was wondering if you have any tips on how you get through your busy work day staying hydrated and without driving yourself crazy with all the food around. My biggest concern is the water intake. I know I am supose to sip sip sip but for the past 15 plus years I have been programed to down a bottle of water in a minute. I am really worried when I get real busy that I won't drink enough due to the small amount of fluids I will be able to take in and the time that I have to get them in. Any advice will be greatful.
