Thanks for the encouragement. Quite honestly it will be too difficult for me to just be on clear liquids or protein shakes only. Let's face it, I'm way past that. Starting Monday I'm going to write down everything I put in my mouth and try to stay away from those carbs. I'm one of those ones count the calories is well. I know that's frowned upon but it used to work so well for me. I'm going to maintain a 1200 cal diet a day and that should help. What's your story?
