Hi Pre Op & Post Op Uk Sleevers

Hi Carly, It's actually ok, surgery went smoothly, first night was a bit uncomfortable but been managing with intravenus paracetamol, I also had antibiotics a few other bits like zoton. I'm still in hospital and Mr Humadi thinks I'm good to be released tomorrow, fingers crossed. I hope you like consommé soup and sugar free jelly, tea, coffee, plus Water obviously. You will be fine and will be completely worth it. I have no regrets. Xx

Any New Uk Sleevers Out There?

Hi tealover, Welcome. WOW, you are doing brilliantly. I would imagine you are feeling so much better after losing 4+stone. I have my sleeve done on 20th. I honestly can't wait, feel like I've got pre-diet under control, so far. How are you coping with 'normal' food? Do have problems with reflux etc? Take care Mary :-)

Any New Uk Sleevers Out There?

Hi Carly, Welcome. I'm Mary, 43yrs old, live in Maidenhead, Berkshire. I'm married with no children, unless you count twigs and georgie our cats LOL I've already started my pre-op diet, its pretty tough but think I'm winning the battle now - I have my operation on the 20th, can't wait. I want to start getting rid of my lard and have a normal life, when I don't have worry about buying clothes, sitting in chairs (and getting stuck) and finally getting in an aeorplane seat! LOL Have you got much to lose Carly? Take care Mary

Any New Uk Sleevers Out There?

Morning Ladies, Day two of pre-diet, it has to be better than day one! - feel more organised today for some reason. Well done to you both, you've nearly made it, its all good. I would imagine the scare factor goes up as the day gets closer, a day nearer your dream to be fit and healthy. I have read in a few places that the - pre-diet is worse than the surgery? LOL Have a lovely day. mary xx
