I have PCOS and haven't had a period for two years. Three weeks after surgery had a one hour period and nothing ever since. I to have problems with hairloss but trying nioxin and still unsure it works or not. The minty smell of it is nice tho. Makes my head tingly. I guess it's suppose to do that unsure.

I drink those sugar free Hawaiian punch berry lemon I think it's called well those packets you get to put in a bottle of water. After drinking those all day you don't want no sugar what so ever.

I am just starting out so no where near your loss. But if you think it's cause you have a body issue maybe talk with a therapist and maybe that might help.

Wasn't bad I just had like three sips. I've had that stuff before and knew it would taste awful. Just filled me up.

Yes for two weeks

Y'all should try those Special K cheddar cracker chips. Not that it tastes like a Cheetos but is a better alternative. You can have 26 of them of which I can never ever eat that much of them.

Fat free Greek yogurt is my indulgence. So yummy and 14g of protein.

Whey and soy protein. Found out I'm allergic to both. Was a horrible experience.

My husband does the same thing to me. He goes to McDonalds, Taco Bell, Firehouse, eats Doritos and pop tarts in front of me. Has pizza and Oreos. Some days it really frustrates me. I just moved to mush foods 2 and get to taste chicken that was in water in a can and tuna fish etc. For the most part I just ignore his eating habits but have noticed that some of the smells from the food really upsets my stomach especially the smell of grease. I throw up every-time. My family and him said they would help me along by eating things like I would when I first started my preop diet and they failed the second day and never looked back. :0( now they eat candy and all sorts of fast food in front of me.
