This was my best decision also. Sleeved on the 14th also. Took six full days off work, worked one week half days and on 10/1 went full time. As a teacher I am at full throttle! To date, 32 lbs. I started at 225 and want to get down to 170. My issues were diabetes type 2, hypertension, stress, reflux, high cholesterol, snoring, but mostly all the meds I would have had to take for life. Can't wait for new blood work to see if I can get off these meds. Blood sugars normal, blood pressure normal, exercising, and a lot more energy. Eating about 80 grams of low fat proteins but still only about 700 calories per day. My main issue is drinking 64 ozs. of liquids each day. Keep it up!
