I am ready to start a couch to 5k. There are so many apps. What is the picture on the app you like? I am 5'7 age 54 and have lost 70. I still weigh 230 so not sure how my body will handle this? I want to enter a spartan sprint race the end of September. I may need to duct tape o My flabby, loose skin:) Any advice or help welcome.

They can walk to the grocery store which is two blocks away, it s called Ley. Good for alook around and some Snacks, it is like a walmart. It is safe near the hospital but not much to do. The main floor cafe is small but very nice owners who speak english. Good food. Best o ask abraham or eduardo for a ride somewhere. I went to the Tijuana cultural centre, it is really beautiful.

I just had my surgery there oct 23rd and it was top notch. Much cleaner than canadian hospitals. I was with dr lopez but I am sure they are all great.

I do think nathan is legit, he told me they were an internet marketing company for dr lopez and the name mexico bariatrics was on all the paperwork I got from a lighter me. I chose to go with janese from a lighter me as she and the other coordinators there have all had bariatric surgery done in mexico. Dr lopez was her surgeon. Anese has alot of good info and insight that she shares and answers all of my questions really quickly. I am on the 23rd with Lopez. Good luck.

I also wont be taking much cash at all. I wonder if the hotel has a safe we can lock up our passport, credit card and cash in ? I will ask my coordinator.
