Just had to tell you what an inspiration you are. I was banded on 9/24/08 (2 weeks ago tomorrow) and have lost 13 lbs. I know the weight loss will slow down now that I'm not just on clear liquids, but I just wanted to ask you how to stay motivated when the weight loss slows down. I know I'm allowed to have mashed potatoes now, but I'm afraid if I do I won't lose weight. Can you give me some suggestions for the mushy food phase? You did so wonderful, I would love to get advice from you, if you don't mind. Thanks so much, Helen.
