Strengthen your legs and go for it!!! It's the best, big or smaller!! Whether I was 288 or 175 I'm riding! Lol....great exercise for the legs also! -

I really could care less if people say VSG is the easy way out!! I am down 42lbs in 2.5 monthes and still losing! It has not been easy for me at all, but even if it was whose rules says it has to be hard to be worth it? Life has been hard enough for me already!! As long as I get this weight off and live a healthier life, if it comes easy I will take it!!! I am loving my sleeve!! Happy New Year!! -

Try to get sleep study done ASAP! Then try to get paperwork submitted under expedited. You may be able to get in if you hurry. In meantime try to research another doc that takes your insurance. I had to switch docs in mid of process and it actually worked out better.
