The first few days have been a great learning experience. I have learned that I can easily get my protein in if I use my new timer app on my phone. It reminds me to drink SOMETHING either protein or liquids every 15 minutes. For now. Yesterday got almost everything in!
Secondly, I started light exercising, even cleaned my house. I felt great! Imagine feeling great about cleaning OMG!
Finally, I started using a straw when drinking. Made a tremendous difference with the pain I was feeling when the liquids hit the top of my stomach (hiatal hernia in addition to the sleeve caused a little more swelling and need for healing then most). Oh and warm liquids are so much easier than cold!!!
