Preop liquid diet weight 338.5 - Day of surgery (December19th) 330.5- One month check up appointment with surgeon 302. Woohoo total loss of 36.5 pounds. Loving my sleeve!!! -

Surgery date was 12/19 weighed 330.5 on day of surgery. Today at my one week dr appt I weighed 315 pds. I was on liquid preop diet before that and lost 8 pds . Woohoo so excited. 15 1/2 pds weight loss in avweek wow. So total is 23 1/2 pounds!!!!!! -
Just something comfy to go home in and chap stick is all I really used that I took. I wouldn't take a bunch of stuff you won't need. If your not sleeping you are up walking. Take care and keep us posted :-)

Sleeved 12/19. It gets mbetter each day. Walk as much ad possible and sip,sip, and sip. Still havent gotten all my protein in yet but getting g more and more in each day:-) Hang in there. -

At my job I can have a letter in my file from the doctor stating that I need to have a water bottle at all times. Check with your HR manager. -
I am so excited my preop liquids starts 12/4 with surgery on 12/19. So glad to soon get this started. I know it will be challenging but we have to remember that WE ARE SO SO WORTH IT!!!

I have BCBS and just got my letter today that they approved it. So excited. Call them and see what they require and get started.
