Ok well today is my 3 week post surgery and I'm at 211 lbs that 20 pounds since surgery. I'm happy the scale is moving and for once in my looking forward to see what I weigh every week. -

2 Weeks Post Op. I Have A Question?

I had the gastric sleeve 2 weeks ago I'm on puree food I eat about 2 oz three times a day.don't really feel hungry but since I am eating I subway more energy. My question is I lost 17 lbs in the first week after surgery and the whole next week haven't lost another pound anyone else go through this? -

I'm a new vsg to. I started at 244 and 5'4" Jan 2012 then 231 the day of surgery 09/04/12 and 2 weeks later I'm at 214. I've been at 214 for a week though is that normal? I'm so nervous am I doing this right. I research and see other people doing and looking amazing and thinking no way am I gonna look like that. I would love any advice. -

Congrats that's great. I was wondering do u exercise? I've lost 17 lbs in one week and nothing the next week is that normal? Sometime I feel like its not gonna work for me. I feel hungry or its an upset stomach once in a awhile I eat about 2 oz puree for breakfast lunch and dinner. Is that to much? How did your first 7 weeks go like?
