I started my pre-op diet on August 17th 2012 at 377.6 lbs. By surgery day I was 340.3 lbs. (Aug. 31st 2012). As of Sept. 17th I was 327.4 lbs. Almost down 13 lbs since surgery and a total of 50.2 lbs in one month! I am looking forward to next months calculations...
