Wel I started off w/chocolatechip Cookies this morn. I started prayin&thinkin & prayin&thinkin & things turned around. I got my lazy butt up off the couch & did Wii Fit for 10minutes. Not much but it's a start. I've been in a slump but w/ God Im goin 2 get thru this long life battle of wt issues! After praying I haven't thought of food much today. Thanking God for helping me with mind on food issues. GOD is Able!!!

Hey can u msg me who did your surgery and where r u from. Trying to help my mom she is 500 and wants HELP BAD!!! We gotta find someone tht can and will do her surgery. Thanks for any input on this matter. She really needs it. She can hardly do for her self. GOD is Able!!!

Im almost a yr out and still cant eat much more than a cup of food which is 8oz. My problem is tht I'm hungry all the time.

I stayed under 1500 calories. No Cookies and no chips and no donuts. Had a few carbs but mostly Protein. Hoping for a better tomorrow. Also was asking myself is this head hunger or am I hungry? GOD is Able!!!
