I'm right there with you. I am planning on having surgery around the beginnng of March. I have been trying to do well on my 1600 calorie a day diet, BUT it is really hard. I'm an all or nothing person, so when I slip up I really struggle to get back on track.
I am trying to do 1 meal at a time, 1 day at a time. Right now I can't look at the huge amount I have to lose, or it over-whelms me. Feel free to email me scrapnmy3@yahoo.com
