    Hello every body Today is my 2nd day of my 5th week and i have no idea what can i eat for lunch or Breakfast I sill feel afraid from eating meat or ckicken and all the food seems so boring .. Anyone have any suggestion about a recipei or type of food that is allowed in the fifth week ??? (( i hope it's hot and spicy ))
