Just had my surgery Wednesday the 19 all went well the prior work helped. Had a couple hernias fixed and surgery was only 30 min. Recovery was nothing, so little pain, was able to drink and keep my feet moving in bed if I was awake. Only had side pain after sleeping on the left side. Was getting crabby because my I've alarm would not stop going off, it took the night nurse to tape the hell out of it. Couldn't sleep much until they did. Out following day and home by1:30 pm. Night was fine shower shot and re bandage ok, pain killer tastes horrible will only take when pain is really bad. Drank bullion, eat Popsicle, had water, ice, jello. Only minor pain on to big a bite of jello. So looking forward tomorrow to yogurt and cream of wheat or oatmeal watered down. YIPPY!!!
Suggestions, gas ex, wedge for bed, walk or keep your feeling moving. Be positive the nurses love it and it helps your mind.
