I've been sleeved on the 10th of Sept. Now i'm between Full liquid & pureed. Been having some problems while intaking FL such as Avacado. Hang on their, matter of time

Its been now 15 days since surgery & im on clear liquid, my meals are basically water-Soup-apple juice. Can someone help what should my Full liqiud diet consist? What fruits are allowed?

Thanks for the help, but when can we intake fibers? My doc said i need to wait till 3rd month because digesting seem bad at the moment

Same thing had my surgery on the 10th. Apprently day by day you will feel better just dont push yourself relax as much as you can, as most say here 6weeks till your stomach gets healed. Best of luck

Hey guys Im on clear liquid right now, ill start full liquid on about 3 days which inculde having my protien intake, question can i change from isopure to Isowhey protien shake from Solgar?

Thanks Guys! Im on clear liquid diet water & apple juice for some reason i cant handle soup taste. Btw can any inform actully about the stomach & healing phase when it starts creating scar tissue, i mean down on long way will the stomach strech? If it does would it effect the scar tissue? Would this mean use wieghts for excersing? -
Hi guys, im new here and i tottaly love this fourm ive gained so much info. Im 5 days post-op feels wierd tbh, but i hope it all goes well. I would love if you help me & inform me more on what i might experince in the upcoming days. Btw when will the dstomach gets healed? & would that effect if i started going to the gym?
