I am a little over 2 years out and I am trying to get back on track with my weight loss I have not lost weight in months my sw: 344 and now I am between 226-230... I never thought that I would be at the weight that I am now I am very happy but the surgery help me lose the weight but it did not help the the addiction that I have with food.... I have to admit it because it's true.... I love food ... I love crunchy salty sweet everything. This is really hard for me to admit. I want to forget them but they are all that I think about and I know that I am the one who controls what I put in my mouth but it's like my mind takes over well it is only one cookie one cupcake one small bag chips .... I get up some days and I am excited for my fresh start cuz today is a new day then in the middle of it I forget to drink my water did not drink my protein and then I feel like I just give up.... I don't know what to do I try So please help with tips for a fresh start because I don't want to fail

I don't think that you would want to plus they would not want you to if you are taking pain meds but I say it depends on how you feel!!!!

Excited!!!! Starting to fit into clothes that I stuffed in the back of closet when they did not fit anymore!!!! What a great feeling!!!! Four weeks post op tomorrow and feeling great!!!!

Have you tried egg beaters ??? I eat very little have not tried real eggs yet.... Just a thought for u!!!

Went to my 1 week post op appointment today and the doc said I look great!! He said that I can start puréed foods for a week! The most exciting news was I lost 20 pounds since my pre op appointment !!!!!!! My highest weight was 344 now I am 306!!!! 38 pounds down can't wait to say goodbye to the 300s!!! I am also cleared to go back to work and to the gym!!! Excited with my weight loss journey !!

Was sleeved on 10/24 and thank you Jesus no pain at all the hardest part is getting my fluids in... Still on liquids go for my one week post op on Thursday!!! Excited to see the scale go down!!!!

Here in Delaware .... Have not been out of the house all day .. Power went out for about three hours back on now .. Watching the local news our Beaches have really took a beating.. Hope everyone North of DE are staying safe sorry for those who's surgeries were cancelled but your day will came and I hope it is sooner then later!!! Prayers for those in the path of SANDY.

Feeling pretty good trying to get in my fluids today it is harder then I thought tomorrow I am going to try some different liquids like I was eating on my liquid diet!! Had a little break down today I know that after surgery I would have to take it easy but I am used to being on the go!! Slow and easy that is what I have to keep telling myself!!!

Update from my surgery yesterday everything is going well so far still in some pain and still feeling the gas more around a little bit happy so far with the decision to have the sleeve done with everyone up dates I kinda know what expect and that helped a lot ... Walked the halls yesterday a couple of time and did really good I just have had the best nurses they have really taken good care of me. They had me on the Iv fluids all day yesterday so today I am going to start clear liquids !! Well that it so far hope everyone yesterday made out good and good luck for the surgeries today!!!

Up and ready for my surgery today!!!! Little nervous I think it will really hit me when we get to the hospital!! Well getting last min things together. We have a 1/2 hr drive to get to the hospital ... Good luck to everyone today and sending thoughts and prayers your way!!! See u on the losing side!!!!

Everything is ready to go for tomorrow have to be a the hospital at 6:00am EST for my 7:30 surgery time!! The only thing I am going to miss the most is seeing my lil boy!!! But is is going to be taking good care of cuz he is going to be at nana house!!! Now getting last min things together and going to try and get some sleep!!!! Soo excited and scared!!! Just had my pre op appointment today everything is ready for me to go on the 24th! my doc told me i wad the first one that day so i have to be there 6am!! Have to get some blood work done and a EKG then I start my liquid diet on the 17th !!! Getting nervous!!!
