Im also 5'1 weighed 190 on surgery day. Im currently 2 weeks post and current weight is 180. Most of my weight is on my chest and tummy. I choose to do the surgery now and not weight till i was really obese. The best part is my surgery was aproved my insurance. Best decision i ever made. I hope to live a long and healthy life. Two days ago i had the worst stabbing pain. I trully believed it was going to last at least another month to heal. However yesterday and today nothing hursts. I feel like the day before surgery. The pain just went away. I wont make that same mistake of bending over anytime soon

Are you currently exercising. Sometimes doing a liquid diet for a week should help. Go back to the beginning. One question how tall are you

Im two weeks out and i was watching tv. I picked up a lime and ate it without thinking. For a moment i forgot i was not supposed to eat any solids. I know what you might be thinking. My husband was eating at the coffee table next to me and he had some lemons. How bad is it to eat a lemin only two weeks out. I can hear my stomach rumble but nothing else.

WOW!! Well same i also felt great in the fourth day. I was sleeved Oct 2 too. Except on the 6 day i was getting off bed and felt a sharp ripping pain. It only hurts if i move in certain ways which i cant figure out what it is yet. If im not moving i feel no pain, feel 100% great. I hear its tissue damage that just needs healing. Well i have lost 8lb post op plus 10 pre op. 5'1 SW. 190 CW. 182 GW. 130

Personal question loosing 80lb did you have alot of loose skin. Most of my weight is in my stomach so im just tryidng to get an idea.

I currently have the same pain. Someone told me that it was an internal stitch that it might be pulling when i move sorten ways. Anyways below is my post from another thread. Im glad i read this. I go back to work on thursday and hope it feels better. Truthfully it feels like i had some sort of tissue tear but only hurts when i move a certain way. On the sixth day as i was getting off bed i got a pain full sharp pain in my belly. It felt like i pulled something. Or like i was tearing something. I called the nurse and she said to rest. The truth is that it only hurts realy bad if i get up of move a certain way, but it hurts really bad. If im sitting still i forget im in pain or even had surgery. Has this happened to anyone. I would really appreciate you input.

8days out and i felt great, no pain, no gas, not even sore. I got hurt just by getting of bed wrong. For those who are less then two weeks please still be careful.

Well sister sleeves sucks for me. I was sleeved on oct 2 and i just pulled a muscle. Im back to zero.

I had no time to panic. Both my mom and my husband were with me seconds before i was rolled to the operating room. I had to stay strong so i would not worry them.once i got to the operating room they lay me down, laid out my out like a T , they began to place the little oxygen thing on my nostrils, at least five people were around me, seconds later lighst out.

After reading all the replies i started to get worried because i do not recall drinking anything nasty after i woke up. It got me thinking that i did not do a leak test like the rest of you. I spoke to the doctor and he said he did it while i was under in surgery. I guess that is why my pee was blue. Its weird cuz i just now remember. There are alot of things im just now remembering after i woke up.

I need some help, unlike many if you my doctor is having me do liquid diet for three weeks then three weeks of soft foods. My issue is that im having problems drinking water and protein shakes. Most of my fluids consist of broth. Do you guys know if this is ok. Has anybody tried unjury chicken broth protein powder? I dint know how else accomplish my protein intake.

I was sleeved on Oct 2 and im still in alot of pain from my incisions. Im glad that i dont feel nauseas anymore but there is still alot of gas built up. I weight 200 pre op and 190 the day of surgery. Im so happy to say that i now weight 186. Is anybody feeling sharp pains in your biggest insicion rather than soreness?

I had mine in oct 2 and i was doing great untill i got home. I feel so much nauseas and gas pain. This is awfull but meds are not working. Any tips on hoe to drink 64oz of water. I feel like every sip i take my stomach is gojng to burst. I feel so full when i drink anything. Im so impressed. How well everyone else is doing.

I just want to thank all of you for your best wishes. EVERYTHING went well and today i get to go home. It was a little painfull when i first woke up but it was nothing that i could not handle. Being sored in your abs after a rough workout its more painfull than the surgery. It also felt like when you run and start getting a sharp pain in your side. Thats about it. Thank you again for your prayers.

I'm so nervous but exited at the same time. I have a feeling but do not know if its a good feeling or a bad one.
