Tried Isopure, wouldn't recommend it, had to add drink sticks to it. Also bought Centrim chewable vitamins, yak, so I'm doing a no no and using One A Day Gummies. Just till week one is over.

Ok, 2 days before surgery clear liquid diet. Glad it's Sunday and Darrell is home, he'll keep me on track. Packing for the hospital and to stay at our sons house, he lives closer to the hospital. Gonna stay with them after surgery so they can take care of Dexter my dog and give him his insulin shots. A week with my grand daughter is always good. She probably won't understand why I can't pick her up though. She's the Apple of my Eye!

My son works at Disney, we went in September and it was interesting to find good food choices in the quick service areas. There's a place in Magic Kingdom, by the car ride that has baked chicken. China at Epcot, Hollywood Studios has a buffet that has good choices. But the food website is really helpful, plus if you ask your waitestaff they are really helpful too. -

Back in the day, when I had a period. I would control it with my birth control pills, I would stop taking them to start a period or continue to take it to not start. For vacations or special events I didn't want to be on my period. I didn't do it all the time, just when I needed to.

I would go to the Mayo Clinic or a University Hospital their used to fixing other doctors mistakes. If you have to travel anyway, go someplace good. -

Im taking a housecoat, heating pad, iPad, sweat pants to go home in, my own pjs. Thanks for the reminder, warm socks, slippers. Sports bras, underware, belly band. Phone charger, iPad charger. That's it so far. -
I cant wait till Garage Sale season starts, you can get some really nice clothes, really cheap.

Have you ever heard of anyone who had the sleeve that gained the weight back? I know I have heard of the bypass ones gaining it back but what about the sleeve ones?

I pay 34.00 a month at my Curves. If I want to work hard I can get a good work out, if I want to be lazy I get a so so work out. It all depends on me. And I love No Men Allowed!
