Started mine yesterday. BMI is 57. Trying like heck to hit 49. Two Protein shakes to replace Breakfast and lunch. High protein/low carb dinner. 3rd Protein shake if I'm ravenously hungry. I'm using MyFitnessPal to track my meals and progress. Amanda Rae -

... begins and ends today. I really want sauerkraut and pork! Did anyone else have an "official" food funeral? An unintentional food funeral? No food funeral at all? Tomorrow I begin my preop diet. I totally get the obsessive eating! It was unpleasant but i was doing it anyway... I started my preop today even tho my surgery is in March. I'm trying to lose 50-60 lbs (safe and healthy) and get my BMI under 50. Amanda Rae -
