    Vampire Academy is series. I liked it. I loved the Hunger Games. I thought 50 Shades sucked! Horrible writing. Stephen King's 11/22/63 was AMAZING!

    BIG FAT PEOPLE!

    I'm 3 weeks out and eating (drinking is more apropos) the way I should but my head is planting many a tempting food visions in my mind's eye. And in my dreams. I'm terrified of damaging my sleeve with too much, too soon. But food is often the feature presentation in both my conscious and subconscious thoughts. I know b4 I would eat until stuffed and when that overfed feeling left, I pack more in. I'd eat privately to hide my intake. I'd do eating "drive-by's" where if leftover food was on the stove I'd sneak a bite on my way through the kitchen. I'd eat mindlessly and feel remorse and disgust afterwards. Not b4 or during. I flipped the switch for the bingeing. Afterwards the flood of emotions. That's what makes me an addict, I think.

    Hiking Fuel

    I enjoy hiking too. Alas Ohio is not known for mountains but we have some nice metro parks. I'm not on solids yet, but I've heard that Quest bars pack a lot of protein with low net carbs. I'm planning on hitting the metro parks again tomorrow. The shorter ones to see how I handle it.
  10. I hate not being able to sleep on my stomach so congrats to you. Nothing like getting your sleep the way you are most comfortable! I have a pretty high pain threshold. No pain meds since the day after surgery. I was sleeping on my stomach, favoring my right side while I was still in the hospital! Once the drain was out I was full on with a pillow buffer. Hooray to stomach sleeping.
  11. Now that I am on full liquids I mix mine with Almond Milk, unsweetened. It's extra Calcium and only 30 extra calories. It kicks the shake up a notch.
  12. I wonder if it was the flavor she was referring to? Coconut can be heard to digest and pineapple is very acidic which may cause indigestion and reflux. My postop diet cautioned against pineapple juice for awhile and coconut too.

    When you're able to do oatmeal Quaker has the "perfect serving" where you can measure your servings.
  14. Luigi's sugar free Italian Ice has been great for me.
  15. Any suggestions for quality puréed food? I've got soft boiled eggs and scrambled eggs. Fat free refried Beans. I'd love some more ideas.

  22. I love WW. Such a great program. I plan to go back for support. You can track your points on the WW app and track calories on MFP.
