  4. When I'm at work, or sedentary then I'm "hungry". When I'm busy and on the move, I don't even think of food, only ice cold Water.
  5. Identify your favorite "crap" foods from various places and use the recipe creator on MFP to see if you can make a tasty healthier sleeve friendly version. I loved doing that on WW and I still love doing it.

    Which seems option seems to have the most benefits? Benefits such as, optimal fat/calorie burning. Feeling good and exercised vs. run down and blah. Optimal weight loss, long term. Drinking a Protein shake pre-workout or post workout?

    Mirena IUD vs. Birth control pills

    I had Mirena and it was awful. The side effects were not worth it. It did its job as far as pregnancy prevention but totally whacked out my hormones. I started having problems with anxiety and it may have contributed to my losing my vision in my right eye. Optic Neuritis. I recovered most of my vision but not all. I had to have it removed under sedation because they couldn't find it and now my periods are horrendous. Painful and heavy. I'm not a fan and would never recommend it. I do know many use it and love it, but I am not a member of that club. I hope that whatever direction you go in is smooth and works well, minus side effects and complications.

    Very much so I want it. I'm on day three of having nothing but minuscule BM's. I did have a power poo on Tuesday. Nothing Wednesday. A sliver in Thursday. A larger sliver today. I've been eating organic prunes. Added chia seeds to my smoothie yesterday (yum). Took MoM on Monday, power poo on Tuesday. Took MoM on Wednesday. Sliver and sliver. I feel pressure in my lower abdomen. Large intestines I believe. Please help!?

    Also, contact your surgeon to advise you if it's okay to have your PCP prescribe you something for flying anxiety. I would not suggest mixing it with alcohol tho...

    Southwest has options for their more substantial passengers. Also, I too took the option of medical pre boarding, postop. It also allowed me to ask for a seatbelt extender discreetly. http://www.southwest.com/html/customer-service/extra-seat/index-pol.html You can also let them know you're a first time flyer so they can assist you, and comfort you accordingly.
