I've been betrayed! Today is Ice Cream Wednesday at work. A tradition I started a couple of years ago. I've abstained for quite awhile but today I decided to partake. I wanted a chocolate malted milkshake. My favorite. Aunt Flo in da house! And our local ice cream parlor has the best. Three sips. Tasted like heaven but good ole Sleeve Perry did not approve. Easy way wha?!

I'm an Ohioan too. I went to Dr. Aceves in March and it was beyond excellent. My PCP does my follow up. My insurance excludes WLS. It's a gamble for sure but I don't regret my decision.

Today is a trifecta screw up day. I'm not proud.

I think I'm struggling to see where your anxiety is coming from. You're in a committed relationship with a man who loves you for who you are, thick or thin. He's not only your live in bf he's also your BFF. You love him. He wants to be with you forever. You share the same views on children and marriage. And you're worried about screening the right guys for dating?

It's a shame that she retaliated against you unfairly and betrayed your confidence, especially motivated by bitterness and envy. It is also a shame that many people on here are suggesting that you behave like her. Vengeful and retaliatory. Then you're no better than her. I get your anger and hurt. I've discovered that going directly to the person who has wronged you and calmly but directly calling them on it is the most effective way to deal with people. You will be holding up a mirror and she's going to see what she wants to see or she will see the truth. I don't envy her either result, although I'd rather see the truth and learn from it. Don't justify reacting like her, because she did it first.
