Bummer that. AirTran is affiliated with Southwest. Idk if they're an option. Would it be possible to get a hotel stateside for the night l so you have more departure flexibility? -

Try Southwest. I flew home through them and I like their flight schedules. 3 hour flight. 1 hour layover which makes good walking/stretching. Three hour flight to home. Not counting my heart issues and Denver blizzard! -

I'd like to think the negative is more the exception than the rule, however, it does stand out more. Stick around. There is a lot of support here and more often than not we are a great group. We're human. Flawed. Works in progress inside and out. -

I grilled some chicken thighs and artichokes yesterday in a Mediterranean marinade. The only thing it lacked was feta. -

I don't weigh myself often but I'm down a total of 79 lbs as of a week ago this past Saturday. Next weigh in is this coming Saturday. I need to get measured ago too. Down from a 28 jeans to a 24, sometimes a snug 22. -
